Healthy mid day snacks

What separates healthy snacks like our products from unhealthy snacks is the term “empty calories.” In fact, by consuming snacks containing sugar, high fat, without receiving vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients, a large amount of calories enters the body. In addition, the rapid rise in blood sugar or fat levels through the consumption of unhealthy snacks prevents the secretion of a hormone called “leptin” in the brain, which is responsible for controlling hunger after eating each meal. This will make the person  feel hungry despite eating and and this is called false hunger. This problem can be solved by eating healthy snacks that contain balanced amounts of sugar, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
